Folks,

I downloaded the netperf2.4.5 from the official website and compiling the source codes with Windows DDK. Here is my compiling platform.

netperf2.4.5
window 2003 enterprise version.
windows ddk 3790.1830

After I followed the instruction compiling the bits files(netperf & netserver) successfully, I was going to verify the bits files are fine or not.

1. start netserver.exe from command line
2. using the command "netperf -H 127.0.0.1 -l 10"

Is that "-l 10" or is that "-1 10" in your command line. In my mailer it looks like you wrote "minus one ten" rather than "dash ell 10"

How about if you just say "netperf" with no command-line arguments.

3. it will take long time with message "netperf: receive_response: no response received. errno 0 counter 0". There is no any data summary as output.

is it wrong with my compiling causing this invalid case? does anyone know the root cause and how to resolve it.
