[netperf-talk] 10G test problem

Assuming that you are using IPoIB, it should be fine to use netperf to test
TCP performance. Other things that I can think of are:

- What is the CPU utilization on both sides? Is CPU is the bottleneck with
netperf?
- Try using some other network benchmark like iPerf, for sanity checks.
- How did you test NFS file transfer? Can you reproduce the result using
primitive bash tools such as nc with time ?
