[netperf-talk] netperf version 2.6.0 is declared

Folks -

I have gone ahead and declared the 2.6.0 release of netperf.  A tag has 
been created at:

http://www.netperf.org/svn/netperf2/tags/netperf-2.6.0

and there are tar/zip files under:

ftp://ftp.netperf.org/netperf/

Please remember that it has never been "supported" to mix versions of 
netperf.  Version 2.6.0 is no exception.
