I would suggest adding Winmm.lib to the sources files or putting a note in README.windows that Winmm.lib is needed when building with WANT_INTERVALS

It having been a month since my first threat :) I thought I'd make a second one. There have been a couple more tweaks - Windows mostly. I'd like to declare 2.6.0, so please try the top-of-trunk and let me know if you encounter problems.
