[netperf-talk] Patch for demo mode

Some types of wireless may not be full duplex, but I am using FDD (frequency-division duplex) LTE which is definitely full duplex.

Something just clicked in my brain wrt traffic on the control channel while the data channel is active - if I recall correctly, wireless isn't full-duplex.
