I'm going to guess that your's is a 32-bit environment - there were 
known problems in 2.5.0 with the format statements for some of the 
"migrated" tests vs the actual data types.  That has been fixed in the 
top-of-trunk bits leading to what will be 2.6.0.

Apart from switching to top-of-trunk, one could disable the 
WANT_MIGRATION define after doing the ./configure, or use omni output 
selectors explicitly with test-specific -o, -O, or -k options.
