I have applied some Android-related patches, but I do not maintain 
copies of binaries - either for Android or any other platform.  There 
are just too many and too many bits of conditional functionality.

However, some of the folks on netperf-talk may have a binary to send 
your way, so I will cc the list on this reply.

If all else fails, presumably the 2.5.0 bits:

or the top-of-trunk:

http://www.netperf.org/svn/netperf2/trunk/

should be compilable.
