[netperf-talk] Omni tests now enabled by default in the top-of-trunk

Folks -

I have just checked-in a change that enables the "omni" tests by 
default.  This means that if you do not want the omni tests compiled-in 
to netperf (and the attendant WANT_MIGRATION being set) you need to say 
--enable-omni=no on the ./configure line.

Please let me know of any test failures or funnies that ensue.
