[netperf-talk] Eghads, 2.5.0 and omni actually compiles under Windows WDK

Folks -

Having learned about the miraculous technology known as virtualization, 
I've been able to setup a Win7 x64 system and build environment.  I've 
now gone through and gotten the re-write of src/netserver.c to build 
under Windows, along with the "omni" stuff.

I've successfully run a netserver with -D -f -d and connected to it from 
elsewhere and run a test - both classic and omni.

I've not run a netperf yet - for some reason the link stage has infinite 
looped on me.

Anyhow the bits are all checked-in to the top of trunk, which you can 
grab with a subversion client - such as that which CollabNet make available.

I have not attempted to address the timing issues affecting using 
confidence intervals.
