[netperf-talk] Default "omni" output now based on test type

Folks -

As part of making the omni tests more "friendly" I have changed the default omni 
output from being "everything" to being a selection based on the test type 
whether the user asked for CPU util.  This output will be *similar* to classic 
netperf output but will not be exactly the same.  Your input on it would be most 
welcome.

Note, this is distinct from the output of the "migrated" classic netperf tests, 
which remains as they were coded in src/nettest_bsd.c.
