If you mean the rate from system A to system B and then the rate from system B 
to system A, then there are two ways with classic netperf2 tests.

1) First run netperf on A and netserver on B. Then run netperf on B and 
netserver on A

or

2) Run a netperf TCP_STREAM test from A to B.  Then run a netperf TCP_MAERTS 
(stream spelled backwards) on A targetting B.
