[netperf-talk] affinitizing netserver threads

A couple of years ago I had the same requirement, but at the time netperf
couldn't do this.

I remember reading that the new version (4?) was going to support it, but I
couldn't wait for it. So a colleague and I wrote a similar application to
netperf which supported threaded affinity.
