[netperf-talk] Recent changes in the top-of-trunk for netperf2

Folks -

Based on a patch from the folks at Google, I've added functionality to randomize
the IP addresses used for the "data connection" in the omni tests. One can now
add a "/<len>" to the name/IP in the test-specific -H or -L option to ask
netperf to pick a random IP based on the base name/IP and the mask length.

To get the omni tests compiled-in, one adds a --enable-omni to the ./configure
command line.

Also, in the top-of-trunk, when one does --enable-omni, it will also set
WANT_MIGRATION, which will automagically migrate a non-trivial subset of the
"classic" netperf tests in src/nettest_bsd.c to the omni code. I've also added
an omni-suite-specific -h output to explain some of the new options.

happy benchmarking,

rick jones
