Thanks, for your response, I apply the patch.

/usr/src/build_netperf$ sudo ../netperf-2.4.5/configure --enable-sctp --enable-burst | grep -i sctp
checking for netinet/sctp.h... yes
checking for main in -lsctp... no
checking for struct sctp_event_subscribe.sctp_adaptation_layer_event... yes
checking whether to include SCTP tests... no

Why the SCTP test aren't included?
