[netperf-talk] netperf4 and no DTD found

Well, I managed to run it by giving it the local file in src directory. But
I still need to understand some xml details, as netperf4 works vastly
different than netperf2, which I am more familiar with !

I am working on porting a new set of network tests (which I wrote) from
netperf2 to netperf4. I hope, there are no surprises :-)

I thought that the installation instructions and/or the libxml2 bits had a
way
to have a local catalog file cause the DTD to be found locally, but I'm
getting
the impression that is not the case :(
