-F is the global command-line option to specify a file from which the data
buffers netperf sends are filled. The idea being to allow one to cope with
compressing links and the like. These days, by default netperf will fill the
buffer(s) with "netperf" repeated over and over. That is probably rather
compressible.
If you want to change the output format to MB/s that would be the -f option.
