[netperf-talk] Installation questions 4.0.0

Are there any install instructions that have been tested?
The INSTALL file says to go to where the source is
and run ./configure.

But there is no configure in /netperf-4.0.0rc2/src,
configure is in the folder above that.

./configure makes a Makefile in ./src but when you
'make' it it bombs out pretty quickly.

Maybe it's something wrong with my system, I just installed
a new OS, 11.31, so maybe it's missing something?

I'm trying to figure out how I debug this failure to build
condition.
