[netperf-talk] Netperf.org back online - at least partially - and will be down again December 1st

Any chance, the web based uploads will be available again. i would
love it if NIC / OS / Switch vendors all had to upload to a common
site for performance comparison. i have some hp dc7800's WinVista
machines (with intel vPro!) getting about 1/4 of their rated speed.
Have not recently tried the latest intel or hp drivers however.
