./confiugre --enable-intervals should have been sufficient.

Which version of netperf are you using, on what platform?

Yes.

Good question.  That "interval" appears in the test banner is a good sign, it 
suggests that the intervals code should indeed be there.  I just tried a quick 
test myself with top-of-trunk bits and it does not appear to be working for me 
either.
