[netperf-talk] a netserver 2.4.5 fix for (older?) windows

Folks who have been having problems with 2.4.5 under Windows should consider 
applying this change to their netserver.c sources and recompiling.  That, or 
grab the current top-of trunk from the repository.

their troubles.
