[netperf-talk] Problem when running netserver in a windows machine

       I can only find the latest WDK 6001.18002 in https://connect.microsoft.com/, would you please tell me where I can find and download WDK RC 7100, which the internal Windows expert uses to compile netperf-2.4.5?
