[netperf-talk] can't use the netper2.4.5 on windows platform after compiling with windows DDK

Is there a telnet client on the windows server? I would try a "telnet 127.0.0.1
12865" command and see if the connection is established.
Also, might try a netperf command with -d -d -d added to it to get all the debug
output.
