[netperf-talk] can't use the netper2.4.5 on windows platform after compiling with windows DDK

Hi Rick,
Yes. I confirm the netserver has been started.  Since I use the command
"netstat -tn" to check the current port connection, it shows me that the
port 12865 has been connected by another port because I start netperf and
netserver in one server.

There is no any firewall started from my windows.

is there any special compiling options for windows? I don't modify the make
file of windows platform.
