[netperf-talk] can't use the netper2.4.5 on windows platform after compiling with windows DDK

Does some Windows-specific tool/command show there is a TCP endpoing listening 
at port number 12865?

Is there any sort of firewall in place that might also be affecting loopback 
traffic?

Does some Windows-specific tool/command show there is still a netserver daemon 
running on the system?
