[netperf-talk] can't use the netper2.4.5 on windows platform after compiling with windows DDK

Is that "-l 10" or is that "-1 10" in your command line.  In my mailer it looks 
like you wrote "minus one ten" rather than "dash ell 10"

How about if you just say "netperf" with no command-line arguments.
