[netperf-talk] can't use the netper2.4.5 on windows platform after compiling with windows DDK

Folks,
I downloaded the netperf2.4.5 from the official website and compiling the
source codes with Windows DDK. Here is my compiling platform.

netperf2.4.5
window 2003 enterprise version.
windows ddk  3790.1830

After I followed the instruction compiling the bits files(netperf &
netserver) successfully, I was going to verify the bits files are fine or
not.

1. start netserver.exe from command line
2. using the command "netperf -H 127.0.0.1 -l 10"
3. it will take long time with message "netperf: receive_response: no
response received. errno 0 counter 0". There is no any data summary as
output.

is it wrong with my compiling causing this invalid case? does anyone know
the root cause and how to resolve it.
