Thank you for the quick response.

1. The problem with UDP_RR, I have even with loop back test. I just edit the
default config file, add netserverid n2, and move the receiver to that
netserverid.

2. If I specify for example x streams (x > 23), then x - 23 pairs would fail
and output for each sender and receiver.

wait_for_tests_to_initialize found test 47 send_tcp_rr in the error state
err_str='(null)'
err_no=0    NPE_SUCCESS

3. If I specify 1 per system, only throughput and trans/sec works. CPU utils
and usec/trans are all 0 except for the first test.
