You should.  One of these days I'm going to make them default-on - at least if 
the CPU measurement method for the system doesn't require calibration.

Given the choice then, you should use the receive throughput - that is the stuff 
we know got through.  The difference between send throughput and receive 
throughput is what was dropped somewhere along the way.
