[netperf-talk] Keeping Netserver running on Win XP

I've downloaded a couple of binaries for Windows and I am able to run
netserver and netperf just fine. The only thing that I'd like to see is
netserver not shutdown after netperf test is complete. I've tried installing
netserver as a service in both Windows and via Cygwin. I only get to run
netperf 1 time then I need to go over and startup netserver again.
Any way to keep netserver up?
