Simply allow configure to autoselect the CPU utilization mechanism and 
you should be OK.  The error message for --enable-cpuutil is not listing 
all the parms it takes, and you cannot simply give it no parm (IIRC). 
Best thing to do is just leave that option out of the configure 
command-line.  It will autoselect pstat_new (IIRC).
