I would suggest using 56821 to avoid conflicts with netperf2.

netserver probably wants more specified on the command line.  perhaps a 
-L option.  best thing at the moment, short of my finding cycles to 
stare at the sources, would be to take a system call trace (be sure to 
follow forks) to see what parms are being passed on the bind() call.
