[netperf-talk] Recent additions to netperf2

Folks -

The post 2.4.4/top-of-trunk continues to evolve for netperf2.  The core 
of the omni tests seem to be in decent shape.  I just added code to 
lookup the I/O slot name for the slot in which the probable egress 
interface resides - for linux at least - so if you have the likes of 
acpiphp or some other reasonable hotplug driver loaded, or are trying 
some of Alex Chiang's "show all slots in /sys/bus/pci/slots not just 
hotplug" patches you can now have slot numbers reported.

If you happen to have pointers to how to perform this sort of lookup on 
other OSes (Windows, Solaris, AIX, etc etc) I would very much like to 
see them.
