[netperf-talk] Netperf and Windows 2008

Anil,

I build it using the DDK which worked only for send and RR(I still get a socket error when I attempt to run Linux netperf to W2k8 DDK built netserver).

If you have the DDK available it is quite easy to build: open a window for the platform desired:Windows Development Kit->Build Environments->Windows 2008->x64 build. Then do a 'build /cD' like in the windows document for netperf.

I don't have the system the netperf.exe is on right now but I could possibly get it if you don't have a DDK.

Thanks,
Kate

	Some followup-questions:

	*) Which netperf bits? 2.4.4? 2.4.3? top-of-trunk?

*) have you tried using the DDK rather than VS?
