[netperf-talk] recent netperf.org instability

Folks -

After some IT directives I've been spending the day+ upgrading varions bits and 
pieces on netperf.org.  Things have been behaving, well, oddly :)  and I may 
need to do more messing about, which means you may have issues trying to grab 
bits via subversion or even ftp.netperf.org (as www.netperf.org and 
ftp.netperf.org and netperf.org are one and the same)

I'll keep you posted as things change.
