[netperf-talk] No route to host

Hi and Good Day.. 
  I'm a Netperf beginner.. would like to ask you a question. I want to measure TCP and UDP between client and server using 2 PC router.
   
  Out network design is shown below..
   
  Client ------------> Router 1 ------------Fiber Optic Backbone---------->Router 2-----> Server
  192.168.1.2                                                                                                                    192.168.5.2 
   
  * I uses PC based router.
   
  I was test the connection from Client and server using Ping program. And everything is OK.. I was start netserver in server side. 
  But when I want to measure the performance using netperf.. It's fail. netperf said "No route to host". Please give me any suggestion..I really need ur help..:(
