[netperf-talk] one-way latency

Folks -

I've been asked whether netperf can measure one-way latency in a 
unidirectional stream.   Of course my answer was "not at present" :)

Generally, measuring one-way latency between two systems calls for very 
well synchronized clocks.  I don't know that netperf can rely on such a 
thing on the two systems themselves, which means it may have to concoct 
one itself.  If anyone out there has pointers to ways netperf might go 
about doing that, I'd love to see them.
