One thing that would be particularly good to know for various platforms is 
whether or not a compilation with --enable-sctp works, and if the compilation 
works, if an SCTP_RR test works.  I've seen one platform where the compile is 
OK, but getaddrinfo appears to not like being given IPPROTO_SCTP + SOCK_STREAM 
in the hints.  I'd like to know if that is an anomaly or a common bug.
