[netperf-talk] Len was -1

I will have to get the version they are using from VMware. They also
hold the source code so I don't have the ability to look at it to find
where the len was -1 is coming from.
The test is the TCP_STREAM test.
By ramping up I mean that I could look on the performance charts for
about 10-15 minutes and see the networking was actually doing some heavy
activity on the nics. Then all of a sudden the traffic just stopped.

Which version of netperf? And while running which of netperf's tests?

Perhaps it was just wording - but netperf2 does not have a ramp-up - so
if you could expand on that a bit it would be helpful.

I'd start by searching for the matching text in the source code. We can
work backwards from there.
