Since tcpdump is constantly evolving, you might make sure you have the latest
version by grabbing source from www.tcpdump.org - I'd try the "daily" tar.
As for tcptrace and tracing stuff from it, I'd probably look for somthing called
"sctptrace" - that though is strictly a guess based on "tcptrace" being TCP. Of
course, you could also try finding the latest tcptrace sources and see if there
is any SCTP support there. Perhaps a web search for "sctp tcptrace"
