I am afraid I don't have any direct experience with cross-compilation of
netperf, hence the lack of discussion in the manual :( When creating
the configure script, I tried (from an academic perspecitve as it were)
to keep things such that it could cross compile, but am sure there were
issues.
For the specific case opf setpgrp checks, my initial suggestion would be
to edit the configure script and disable that check and move-on to the
next problem :) Which may then need help from the likes of Xilinx.
Feel free to suggest to them it would be good to have them help make
netperf more cross-compilation-friendly - I'd be happy to take patches
from them or anyone else :)
