The first place would be the manual - look in doc/  in the source distribution, 
or in the subversion respository at:

http://www.netperf.org/svn/netperf2/trunk/doc/

if you go from the subversion repository, might need to save the file locally 
and read it there - right now they are being served-up as text files...

If after that you still have questions, let us know here on the list.
