[netperf-dev] commit emails disabled

Hi -

Seems that after some "upgrades" on netperf.org the script to send email
updates on an SVN commit ceased to complete successfully. This in turn
seems to trigger an assertion error in the svn client which leads it to
believe that the commit was not successful, when in fact it was. It
leaves the working copy in this slightly bogus state from which I've not
learned how to recover save to delete the directory and to another checkout.

Soooo, until I can figure-out root cause I've disabled the email on commit.

happy benchmarking,

rick jones
