folks - all three of us :)

we may see some slightly spurrious emails - stephen burger did his first commits 
and it uncovered some "issues" with sending the email notifications that we need 
to work-through.

netperf4 is now up to rev18, stephen did a major rework of nettest_bsd.c to get 
rid of timing problems and such.  he also added a "generic" test file that can 
be used as the basis for writing other tests
