[netperf-dev] hist.h likely to change to netperf_hist.h and become an "installed" include file

I'm starting to work on "non-core but still ship with netperf4" benchmark 
suites.  The idea is there will be a "suites" subdirectory - not sure if under 
src/ or a peer to src/ (presently it is under src/ but that may change) where 
some "non-core" suites will reside - ones that folks may or may not actually 
want to compile at first.

I believe this will require "hist.h" become an "installed" include file and to 
minimize the chances of namespace conflicts, I propose renaming "hist.h" to be 
"netperf_hist.h"

If this is a big problem, le tme know ASAP.

BTW, which I've got this worked-out with the "HTTP" suite, I anticipate moving 
the "DNS" suite there and we can discuss moving suites other than the "BSD" 
socket suite.
